How to Join
The Ways to Work program is similar to a franchise model, with the Ways to Work, Inc. national office providing the:
- Program model
- Central lending system
- Loan capital
- Training, technical and operational tools and support.
Local non-profit agencies operate the program by developing funding and partnerships, hiring and managing local staff, marketing the program and serving clients.
Once interest is established in a community, a community member (usually a non-profit agency’s CEO or COO) contacts the Ways to Work, Inc. national business development team to request an introductory meeting.
